An entrepreneur at heart, Michael Minson has been mentored by Tony Robbins where he learned that investing in his own growth and that of his team is the foundational piece of building any successful business. Business is not only about making money, it’s about what you do with your money and how you help others.

He is the Owner and Senior Listing Specialist of the Level Up Group and a partner of Keller Williams San Francisco, Oakland, Napa and Greater Valley (Burbank). Michael is a seasoned agent, tough negotiator and real estate investor. He and his team have helped hundreds of families navigate the complexities of Bay Area real estate with much success, integrity and commitment.

Michael is passionate about helping people reach their goals and level up their lives. Whether the goal is to buy, sell or invest, Michael is always looking for opportunities to improve, grow and innovate. In his years of experience with high net worth clients, he’s watched them sustain their wealth through real estate.

He is also the owner and founder of BernalHeights.com, a community resource for Bernal Heights residents and Real Estate enthusiasts.

Before launching KW San Francisco with his partners, Anne Kennedy and Rick Cunningham, he was a senior agent at Climb Real Estate and Zephyr Real Estate.

He lives in San Francisco with his husband, Phillip Cannon and his two Boston Terriers, Cooper and Pepper and he loves fish tacos.
