Reagan Williamson specializes in a unique combination of skills including research, marketplace economics, marketing and real estate investment both locally and nationally. With over 25 years of living and working as a real estate broker in San Antonio, he understands the changing dynamics of the local real estate market and will use this information when working with his clients. He is the team lead for the Spencer Hasch Team and thoroughly enjoys being heavily involved in each transaction, always supporting his team members and celebrating their successes.
Reagan maintains active memberships with three leading industry groups: The San Antonio Board of Realtors®, the Texas Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. He has also participated on the Communication Committee at the local Board of Realtors and served as the MLS Chairmen for the SABOR MLS Committee. Reagan is currently serving as a Director for the San Antonio Board of Realtors and is also a member of the NAVICA MLS, Central Texas MLS, Austin MLS, and Coastal MLS. Aside from his memberships and leadership roles, Reagan is also the Broker of Record for the company that he not only works for, but is an equity partner.
Aside from his professional life, Reagan enjoys spending time outdoors, fixing anything around the house, constantly fiddling with his LandCruiser, spending time with his wife and their two dogs (Dylan & Charlie), enjoying watching their four children do their “adulting” thing and take charge of their own lives, watches, photography, pocket knives and just about anything mechanical. Being the first born son, he always enjoys his Monday morning phone check-in with his mom and dad and humbly shares the fact that he is a 7th generation Texan always ready, willing and able to help those who are excited to become Texans!
