Chad Schwendeman remembers the summer of ’88 like it was yesterday. But then again, it’s not too often that a 16-year-old boy bikes his way across the country from Seattle to Atlantic City in the Ride for Life to support the American Lung Association. For Chad, it truly proved to be the ride of a lifetime.
