Dan Hamilton is the Founder and Team Leader of Hamilton & Co. of Keller Williams Realty and the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Realty Greenville Upstate, one of the largest and most productive real estate brokerages in the Upstate of South Carolina. Since establishing Hamilton & Co. in 2006, Dan has built one of the most trusted and consistently top-producing real estate teams in South Carolina, with over $1 billion in career sales spanning residential, land development, construction, and investment properties.
A Greenville native, Dan brings more than two decades of experience and a deep commitment to his community to every client relationship. His expertise has earned national recognition — including being named among the top teams in the country by the Wall Street Journal and receiving a personal endorsement from Barbara Corcoran of ABC’s Shark Tank.
Beyond real estate, Dan has been a committed voice in the Greenville community for decades. He served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2008 to 2018, where he was recognized for championing economic opportunity across the state. He currently serves as a Commissioner for Renewable Water Resources (ReWa), the regional authority responsible for water quality and infrastructure across the Upstate. Dan also hosted a weekly real estate radio show for more than 15 years, making him one of the region’s most recognized and trusted voices on the housing market. He has been featured in Greenville Business Magazine and Business Black Box, and has served as a Director for both the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS and the South Carolina Association of REALTORS.
